Refund Policy
We hope you are completely happy with your purchase, but if not, you are welcome to return an item to us and please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see the returns procedure below:
Please note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings
1. Please email <jusoinfo@jusojewellery.co.uk> to let us know what you would like to return. The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging.
2. We will reply to you with the return address shortly after we receive your e-mail notification. Please leave a note with your name, email address and order number inside the parcel. You will be responsible for paying the return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a tracked and insured shipping service. We do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of the returned item. In the event that the returned item is lost or damaged in transit we are unable to offer a refund.
For returns from outside of UK, you should state on the customs declaration documents that the item is a return purchased from the UK. Failure to do so might result in us being incorrectly charged import duties/taxes and we will have to deduct this from your refund.
3. We aim to process all returns within 1 - 2 days upon receipt.
4. We will notify you by email after the refund is processed. We will refund you to the same payment method you used for the order. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to show in your bank account.
