When will the goods be dispatched?

We will dispatch your goods within 1 or 2 days of receipt of order.

How long will it take to deliver my goods?

Normal delivery will take 2 - 3 days.

Will I receive a gift box with my order?

Yes,  arrives in our signature JuSo jewellery Gift Box with Special Gift Wrapping. 

Can I cancel my order?

Order can be cancelled if the product hasn't been dispatched.  Please contact us by e-mail if you wish to cancel.

Can I return earrings?

Yes. You can return Earrings within 14 days.

Is it possible to exchange a product?

No. Please return unwanted product and order a new item. 

Can I exchange my delivery address.

It is possible to exchange a delivery address as long as the product hasn't been dispatched.  Please contact us by e-mail requesting a change of address.
